Goodwill Village is a platform that connects families navigating Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) with the care and resources they need to support children and youth within the community. Acting as a liaison hub, it provides child welfare monitoring, counseling, alcohol and drug assessments, and additional services aimed at ensuring the well-being and development of children and youth throughout the state of Tennessee.
